About OCCAS

Online Certified Copy Application System & Judicial Processing Ecosystem

Facilitating Electronic Issuance of Judicial Records

The Online Certified Copy Application System (OCCAS) is an official digital initiative by the High Court of Manipur designed to facilitate the expeditious issuance of certified and uncertified copies of court documents—such as judgments, final orders, interim orders, and petition copies—to litigants, advocates, and citizens.

User Registration & Online Application

Applicants must first create an authorized user account to log into the portal. Once authenticated, the applicant submits an online certified copy request form with case particulars and pays the prescribed, non-refundable statutory processing fee as determined by the court authorities through the integrated government payment gateway.

Court-End Processing via OCCAPS

Once submitted, the application is transmitted to and processed at the High Court’s end through OCCAPS (Online Certified Copy Application Processing System). High Court officials examine the case records, retrieve relevant documents from DSpace, authenticate the preparation of the document, which is subsequently digitally signed by the competent authority.

Instant Intimation & Dashboard Retrieval

After processing is completed, an official notification is dispatched to the applicant via email containing the direct download link. The ready document is also reflected on the applicant's personal OCCAS Dashboard for instant download and future reference.
